SECOND COLLECTION

We will have a second collection for the CANADIAN MISSION on

August 23-24, 2025

The Canadian Missions Collection is a vital initiative by the Archdiocese of Toronto that supports the Catholic faith in remote dioceses in the Northwest Territories and northern Alberta, as well as mission communities supported by Catholic Missions in Canada. This collection advances and sustains the Catholic faith in these areas, where diocesan resources are insufficient to keep the Church alive. The funds raised from this collection are used to support the day-to-day upkeep and urgent needs of the missions, including heating, electricity, building and repairs, sustenance, travel needs of missionaries, education of seminarians, First Nations ministries, catechism, and lay formation programs
