Requirements:

1. Baptismal Certificate
2. Child must be entering grade 7, 8  or high school
3. Child/Family attends regularly at St Wilfrid’s Church
4. Registration fee of $75
5. Confirmation Certificate of the Sponsor

Registration forms are available in the office
